Russian President Vladimir Putin made another threat to the West about the possibility of nuclear war. 

During his annual address to the country’s parliament on Thursday, Putin accused the West of having their main focus on “weakening Russia.”

He warned that if the West continues to support his enemies that he has a nuclear arsenal “that can hit targets on their territory.” CONTINUE READING
