Operation Homefront is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to serving America's military families and veterans. Since 2011, the organization has provided nearly $49 million in financial assistance to over 24,000 military and veteran families, helping them achieve financial stability and security. Their programs address critical needs including emergency financial assistance, housing support with over $107 million in home equity provided since 2012, and family events that strengthen community bonds. Operation Homefront also distributes backpacks and school supplies to military children, with over 630,000 provided since 2008. The organization recognizes exceptional military youth through their Military Child of the Year® Award program, celebrating young people who demonstrate leadership and resilience within military families.
